Do you charge for a quote?
No. Estimates are free. A diagnostic call-out for a fault is $89, which comes off the repair if you go ahead.
How quickly can you come out?
Same or next day for most jobs. Emergencies, such as a burst pipe or no heat in winter, get a technician within two hours around the clock.
Is your work guaranteed?
Two years on workmanship, on everything. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are on top of that, and we handle the paperwork.
Are you licensed and insured?
Every electrician is ECRA/ESA licensed and every plumber holds an OCOT certificate. We carry $5M liability insurance and full WSIB coverage.
